Shuffleboard Description

Shuffleboard is a safe, fun game which can be enjoyed by persons of all ages and fitness levels. The object is to push disks along a smooth surface toward numbered squares. Skill is of primary importance in shuffleboard, and participating in this activity may contribute to improved hand-eye coordination.

Shuffleboard Warnings

  • People suffering from chronic injuries of the shoulder, knee, ankle, elbow, lower back or wrist should seek medical clearance before beginning this activity.

Shuffleboard Sport-specific applications

  • Bruises from being inadvertently struck with puck/disc
  • Overexposure to the sun or dehydration and heat stroke (if outside)
