Darts Description

Darts is a game in which a small, pointed object, or dart, is thrown at a round cork-type board. This activity requires good hand-eye coordination and throwing accuracy. Although playing darts has few fitness or conditioning benefits, it can be an excellent method of relaxation and stress reduction.
